Coxhead's shop, Headley Road about 1900. The shop which has recently closed after trading there since the mid 1890s was originally built as a single front building along with the next shop then trading as a fishmongers under the name of Hoy, later to become Woods in 1904. At this time the gap between was infilled and the side of Coxheads was extended to make both premisses double front shops as they are today.
